Job Description

CCTV SPECIALISTS (No. of Vacancy-4)

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist with CCTV/IP CAMERA Security video product (analog & network)/Access Control, operation of DVR & POS Support.
• To operate and monitor all systems, including CCTV, within the Control Centre in   a professional and efficient manner. To ensure integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of all information gained with quality standards.
• In-depth knowledge of receiver operation, computer systems, software, and networks, with special knowledge of the Internet and computer system peripherals related hardware, Modem, Router, UPS & Network with Installation of various software operation system for computers.
• Perform other duties assigned by management to ensure customer satisfaction objectives .
• Provide network connectivity troubleshooting assistance in sufficient detail to isolate the connectivity issue to the product, driver or network side.
• Offering technical support on-site or via phone or email.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate,  Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic )or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): CCTV/IP Camera installation, pos support/fire alarm, Networking, and MS Access.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.

Structured Cabling Engineers (No. of Vacancy -3)

• Good knowledge of Structured Network Cabling Installation & Termination
• Fiber Optic Cable Installation & Termination (Single/Multi-Mode)
• Assembly & Installation of various methods of cable support  Configuration of MDF/IDF equipment (i.e. racks, patch panels, Fiber housing units, hubs & servers)
• Testing, Labeling, & Certification of all installations & terminations
• Should be able to work in an independently and keeps team spirit.
